Eyelashes do indeed regrow. Eyelashes have a growth cycle and will naturally shed and grow back, just like the hair on your head. There are three phases in this cycle: anagen (growth), catagen (transition), and telogen (resting). As long as the hair follicles are not irreparably harmed, eyelashes that are damaged or fall out will usually come back in a few months.
